Room search
If you find a property of interest on an online platform, message us directly, and we will arrange a viewing. Alternatively, feel free to contact us at 020 7249 9727 to inquire about available properties.

Make a decision
Before making any bookings, ensure you view the rooms you're interested in. A holding deposit is required to secure a booking.

Make a booking
We typically require references within 3 days and expect the agreement to be signed within 14 days. You will also receive important documents, including the How to Rent guide, gas safety certificate, EICR, and EPC.

Move in
Our team will prepare your room, and an inventory clerk will conduct a ‘Check-in.’ Shortly after you move in, you’ll receive a copy of the check-in report and information about your deposit protection.

Enjoy your stay
You are responsible for paying rent and your share of utility bills. All repairs should be reported through Fixflo. A dedicated property manager will be available to assist you.

At the end of your tenancy
We will contact you around 3 months before your tenancy ends to discuss renewal. A decision should be made 8 weeks before the end date. After you move out, we will update you on your deposit within 10 days.
